We have investigated the properties of dust-ion-acoustic (DIA) solitons using the reductive perturbation method in an unmagnetized dusty plasma, whose constituents are adiabatic ion-fluid, nonthermally distributed electrons and static dust particles. We have also derived the korteweg-de Vries (KdV) equation with its stationary solution analyzed. KdV equation of the present paper reduces to the Kdv equation of Sayed and Mamun [18] if we set the nonthermal parameter equal to zero. |
