style="line-height: 150%; font-family: " lang="ES-TRAD"><p align="justify">Últimamente se está tratando desde diversos eventos el tema de la formación del profesorado universitario. Algunas son propuestas tímidas y otras más atrevidas como la de introducir la formación inicial obligatoria para acceder a la docencia universitaria. Es una preocupación que nos encamina a la reflexión de que es algo que parece razonable y lógico. Este artículo da por supuesto que la formación inicial y permanente del docente universitario es necesaria e imprescindible en la Universidad actual y del futuro y se plantea, más que demandarla y argumentar el por qué de la demanda, analizar el contexto en donde se da o se podría dar esa formación y dar ciertas pistas sobre el contenido de la formación para que sea innovadora y forme parte intrínseca de la supuesta profesión del docente universitario y se puedan generar elementos de discusión que lleven a vislumbrar alternativas basadas en la participación, colegialidad y colaboración entre el profesorado. </p><br /><strong>Palabras clave</strong>: universidad, formación pedagógica, docencia universitaria.</span><span style="line-height: 150%; font-family: " lang="ES"></span></p> |
