dc.description Busca-se neste artigo demonstrar a importância da análise das repercussões das novas políticas públicas no campo educacional. No que diz respeito ao trabalho docente, constata-se que tais políticas vêm influenciando a criação de novos interesses e valores. Esta é uma decorrência do desenvolvimento da chamada cultura do desempenho. É neste processo, em que a performance se torna o ponto central para a ação do Estado avaliador, que está sendo forjada a subjetividade docente. Dessa forma, na cultura da performatividade vão se configurando novas facetas nas relações entre profissionais do ensino, seu trabalho e sua identidade profissional.<br>This paper highlights the relevance of analyzing the consequences of the new public policies in the field of education. As for teachers' work, such policies have led to new interests and values. This is the result of the development of the so called "performance culture". In this process, where performance becomes the central point for the "Evaluating State", the teachers' subjectivity is also being forged. Thus, in this culture of performativity, new features in the relationships among professional teachers, their work and professional identity are being shaped.
