dc.description The article puts forth a new approach of developing teaching materials — three-dimensional teaching materials, which is based on the idea of the fundamental education curriculum reform in the new era. Teaching materials in this new approach are made up of textbook, CD and web forms. The three parts are inter-related to each other and this makes the teaching materials integrative. The present article emphasizes the specialties of the CD and web forms, and gives some concrete examples of selected physics teaching materials.
