The main features of innovation activity management of hospitality industry based on the cluster approach are discussed in the article. The goal of the research is the development of innovation activity management system in hospitality industry based on cluster technologies. Modern science concepts of management and clustering in the sphere of recreation and tourism, results of the research of hospitality industry organizations’ innovation activity are widely used in the publication. Methodic approaches to formation of innovation activity management system in hospitality industry with management mechanisms (innovative clusters, consortia of innovation activity management), resource and institution supply, procedure of innovation cluster stakeholder’s selection, assessment of effectiveness of management system, measures of management impacts are proved in the article. Research results have both theoretical and practical value and should be used in further development of cluster technologies’ implementation issues in innovation activity management. |
