dc.description	In this work is described an experience concerned with the popularization and teaching of physical sciences through the implementation of scientific workshops specifically designed for children of elementary and secondary school as a part of an external educative activity, which enhance students motivation, at early ages. This activity took place during one year period where about 524 simple workshops were imparted/realized; they were prepared by using different didactic materials easy to obtain or to make. With this experience, it is expected to effectively encourage the systematic realization in all across Mexico of this kind of popularization/teaching activities to promote, mainly to children and teenagers, the enjoyment of the physical sciences and the close relation with their current lives. Furthermore, these experiences could also motive them for a later election of a scientific or a technological university studies.
