dc.description	The purpose of research is datelining of affectivity of prevention of professional desadaptation of women of second period of adult. We used methodic of Dembo-Rubinshtein and Lusher test (added by Yuriev-Filimonenko scale). There is analysis of affectivity of psychological technology of professional dezadaptation of women. We used comparative analysis of self-appraisal and emotional condition of women. In the result of research we defined that adaptation training is the most effective in improved of self-appraisal and redaction of psychical strain. Women, which used physical activity and had social-psychological service had the highest adaptation and the lowest fatigue and anxious. The less of marker of emotional stress was in group of women which had positive psychotherapy. Practical implications. Results of research could be used in working of specialist which work with personal in organization.
