Some meteorological equipment teaching experience has been summarized in this paper, combined with the comprehensive drilling results. Targeting to the prevalent phenomena in the teaching process such as weak and low organizational training capability; etc., the teaching methodology was put forward based on the following three aspects: the focus on basic skills, the role simulation to cultivate the protagonist consciousness and enhance the initiative, emphasis on capacity and the quality evaluation. |
