dc.description	The purpose of work the article deals with the social and philosophical perspectives of development of social and cultural security, reveals the impact on the process of consolidation of the various social groups. Results. The study concludes that the design of the causes of formation and development of social and cultural issues of security and consolidation. Field of application of the results. The results can be used to adjust the state of politics and ideology, to study the functioning of social institutions, and cultural potential.
