New information Technologies is changing the role of the teacher in class. His former role as an informer has become a role of manager who controls the multilateral development of his students using suitable impulses. In this connection the activity of the student is important. From the passive recipient he has been changing to an active participant ofa teaching process. He analyses, suggests solutions, disputes, discusses and after conclusive arguments he is able to accept other solutions. This is an Interactive teaching. However, the teacher have to be equipped with tools which will unable him a successful transformation of a student. A good preparation for pedagogic profession, knowledge of students needs and expo-sions, systematic work and good legislative ensuring of optimal conditions could help to fulfill this aim.Nové informačné technológie menia okrem iného aj úlohu učiteľa. Z prevažne informátora sa stáva manažér, ktorý vhodnými impulzmi riadi mnohostranný rozvoj žiaka. V týchto súvislostiach je dôležitá otázka činnosti žiaka. Z pasívneho prijímateľa informácií sa mení na aktívneho účastníka vyučovania. Analyzuje, navrhuje riešenia, polemizuje, diskutuje a po presvedčivých argumentoch dokáže prijať iné riešenia. Týmto skutočnostiam zodpovedá tzv. Interaktívne vyučovanie. Učiteľ však musí byť vybavený nástrojmi, ktoré mu umožnia úspešnú transformáciu činností žiaka. K tomu mu môže pomôcť dobrá príprava na pedagogické povolanie, poznanie potrieb a prejavov žiaka, sústavná práca na sebe, ale aj legislatívne zabezpečenie optimálnych podmienok pre prácu. |
