dc.description Se expone la opción pedagógica, cuyo eje conductor es el análisis de la situación de salud y constituye el sustrato metodológico para las estancias denominadas sociomédicas. El diseño original del plan pretendió diseminar los contenidos de las ciencias de la salud en todo el curriculum, a partir de un enfoque problémico de éstos. La consistencia de la formación hacia un pensamiento hegemónico médico-clínico, la firmeza de ese pensamiento en los claustros y los obstáculos de otra índole, no relacionada directamente con el proceso de enseñanza, han limitado la ejecución consecuente de ese diseño. Se presenta un documento que es parte de una investigación realizada durante 7 años y referida al modelo formativo-capacitante para analizar la situación de salud, que se ha utilizado en los niveles de pre y posgrado<br>The pedagogical option for the analysis of the health situation which constitutes the methodologic sustrate for sociomedical sciences, are reported. The original design of the program was to disseminate the contents of health sciences in the curriculum from a problem-solving approach. The consistence of the training towards an hegemonic medical and clinical thought, the firmness of this thought in the staff and the obstacles of other kind non related directly to the teaching process have limited the performance of this design. A document which is part of an investigation conducted during 7 years and which is referred to the training model for the analysis of the health situation that has been used in pre- -and post graduate levels is presented.
