Esta investigação trata da aprendizagem do conceito de uso do território por meio da elaboração de croquis a partir de fotografias aéreas verticais. Em pesquisa realizada com alunos de uma classe da 6ª série do ensino fundamental de uma escola pública de Rio Claro (SP), observamos que a elaboração de croquis e posterior discussão em grupo favorece a construção do conceito de uso do território, ao mesmo tempo que fundamenta o conceito de mapa. Em avaliação realizada das fichas de trabalho, incluindo os croquis, baseamo-nos em Delval (1998), que afirma que construímos o conhecimento por meio de esquemas-padrão que orientam nosso comportamento e nos permitem atingir os objetivos propostos. Esta investigação permitiu utilizar um instrumental técnico para construir conceitos geográficos em contexto escolar.<br>This investigation is concerned with the learning of the concept of territory use through the elaboration of a sketch based on vertical aerial photographs. A research carried out with 6th grade students from a Rio Claro (SP) public primary school revealed that the elaboration of a sketch and its subsequent group discussion favors the construction of the concept of territory use, in addition to settling that of map. When assessing the work files, which include sketches, we drew on Delval (1998) who asserts that we construct knowledge through schemes - standards that guide our behavior and help us reach our aims. This research was an opportunity to use a technical set of tools to elaborate geographical concepts in a schooling context. |
