dc.description En el trabajo se analizan las concepciones, creencias o conocimientos implícitos de docentes de nivel primario de escuelas a las que asisten alumnos de sectores sociales medios y marginados de San Carlos de Bariloche, República Argentina. El análisis se realiza sobre entrevistas semiestructuradas en torno a la elección profesional del docente, las concepciones de enseñanza y aprendizaje y las visiones sobre los alumnos y el sistema educativo. El trabajo muestra la incidencia del contexto socio-cultural de los alumnos en la construcción de las creencias o conocimientos implícitos de los docentes.<br>In this work, beliefs of implicit knowledge of primary school teachers, in schools to which students of medium and low social sectors of San Carlos de Bariloche attend, Argentina, are analyzed. The analysis is developed over semi-structured interviews concerning the professional choice of the teachers, the conception of teaching and learning and the visions upon the students and the educational system. The work shows the incidence of the socio-cultural context of the pupils in the construction of the implicit knowledge of the teachers.
