Geohistory aims at the reconstruction of the spatial structure of a particular place at a specific time. In this sense, the fundamental objective of this work was to make the approach to the geohistorical study of the northeastern sector of the parish Paradise, Municipio Libertador, Distrito Metropolitano de Caracas, and produce cartograms synthesis of the three geo-historical moment of the study area.<br /> In this framework, we used the documental research, exploratory, descriptive, interpretive and reflexive-critical, since the information collected allowed the development of space contrast geohistorical of Paradise and the development of cartograms synthesis, using geo-historical methodology. It has allowed the analysis of the geographical area from an interdisciplinary perspective, moreover, the field study used to support the development of cartograms. Among the most important considerations are: the study area has three stages of expansion: first, the agrarian Venezuela (1895-1930), second stage, the oil Venezuela (1950-1960) and the third time, the post-Venezuela oil. About the environmental situation observed in the community, it has shown two types of situations: social and environmental issues. The geohistorical approach is a proposal very valid to meet environmental geo-historical situations evidenced following the intervention of space, as it helps to understand and analyze the reality of a town, while the problem posed by this and help generate possible solutions to problems identified in response to the realities and needs of the locality studied<br /> <br>La Geohistoria tiene por objeto la reconstrucción de la estructura espacial de un determinado lugar y en un tiempo específico. En este sentido, el objetivo fundamental de este trabajo fue realizar la aproximación al estudio geohistórico del sector noreste de la parroquia el Paraíso, Municipio Libertador, Distrito Metropolitano de Caracas y producir cartogramas síntesis de los tres momentos geohistóricos del área de estudio. <br /> En este marco de referencia, se utilizó la investigación de tipo documental, exploratoria, descriptiva, interpretativa y reflexiva-critica, ya que la información recolectada permitió contrastar la evolución del espacio geohistórico del Paraíso y la elaboración de los cartogramas síntesis, mediante el uso de la metodología geohistórica, la cual permitió el análisis del espacio geográfico desde una perspectiva interdisciplinaria, además, se utilizó el estudio de campo para apoyar la elaboración de los cartogramas. Entre las reflexiones más significativas se presentan: el área de estudio tiene tres momentos de expansión: primer momento, la Venezuela agraria (1895-1930), segundo momento, la Venezuela petrolera (1950-1960) y el tercer momento, la Venezuela post-petrolera. En relación a la situación ambiental observada en la comunidad, se han evidenciado dos tipos de situaciones: sociales y ambientales. El enfoque geohistórico es una propuesta muy válida para conocer geohistóricamente las situaciones ambientales evidenciadas como consecuencia de la intervención del espacio, ya que ayuda a conocer y analizar la realidad de una localidad, a la vez que plantea la problemática presente y ayudar a generar las posibles soluciones a los problemas detectados respondiendo a las realidades y necesidades de la localidad estudiada. <br /> |
