dc.description Este texto tem por objetivo refletir sobre algumas das novas estratégias reguladoras <FONT FACE=Symbol>&frac34;</FONT> de demandas externas de trabalho de grupo e de participação de pais, alunos e professores no sistema educativo <FONT FACE=Symbol>&frac34;</FONT> que vêm sendo apressadamente generalizadas enquanto argumentos democráticos, contribuindo para a despolitização das práticas de gestão escolar nas escolas públicas. Estratégias do neoliberalismo de reestruturação da capacidade de decisão dos agentes do sistema educativo, facilitadoras da retirada do protagonismo do Estado das Políticas Sociais que garantem os serviços essenciais de educação.<br>This text aims at reflecting upon some of the new regulating strategies <FONT FACE=Symbol>&frac34;</FONT> of external demands for group work and participation in the educational system from parents, students and teachers <FONT FACE=Symbol>&frac34;</FONT>, hurriedly generalized as democratic arguments, that contribute to despoliticalize the school administration practices in public schools. The neoliberal strategies of restructuring the decision capacity of the educational system agents help the State lose its protagonist role in the Social Policies supposed to guarantee the essential services of education.
