dc.description In the pedagogical research that was executed in the frame of a research programme orientated on the implementation of multimedia technologies in the educational applications and whose partial outcomes are stated in the contribution, the authors confirm suitability of the deployment of videoconference systems in education. Based on the obtained data the authors state that teachers from practice have a tendency to use information and communication systems in teaching and they also show an interest in education orientated on multimedia technologies, especially on the videoconference systems. Based on the research conclusions, an opinion regarding suitability of videoconference systems in education as the alternative for pedagogical practice of students with teaching specializations has been confirmed. A presumption regarding suitability of deployment of videoconference systems for fast implementation of modern teaching methods in the school practice has also been confirmed.
