dc.description <div align="justify">Este artigo tem como objetivo comparar experiências sobre o Ensino Religioso (ER) em Sergipe e em Pernambuco, fazendo uso para isso da metodologia da Análise de Discurso. Ressalta-se nesse processo a aplicação dos dispositivos do artigo 33 da Lei 9475 de 22 de julho de 1997 no espaço escolar, buscando entender especificamente do ponto de vista da implementação desses dispositivos, por que o ER atualmente, apesar da nova configuração que solicita dele bom trato com a diversidade religiosa sem ensino de catequese, o que implica em tolerância, ainda tem caráter proselitista/confessional com presença de entidades religiosas em sua prática educacional.<br><br>Abstract This article aims to compare experiences on Religious Education (RE) in Sergipe and Pernambuco, using the methodology to Discourse Analysis. It is noteworthy that process the application of the provisions of article 33 of Law 9475 of July 22, 1997 in the school, specifically seeking to understand the point of view of the implementation of these devices, why the ER today, despite the new setting that prompts him good dealing with religious diversity without teaching catechesis, which implies tolerance, still has character proselytizing/ confessional with the presence of religious organizations in their educational practice.</div>
