dc.description	The intention of the present article is to establish the impact that has the technological innovations in the people who comprise of the organizations. The reactions involved in the adoption of a certain technology, the shifts of paradigms that they involve and the necessity of the general participation of the members of the same one. As well as the importance of the technologies of information for the creation of competitive advantages in a market every day more global. Obtaining itself like final reflection that the technological changes must altogether be adopted with the personnel and in agreement with the interests of the company.
