<p>F&oslash;rste gang publiceret i UNEV nr. 4: Undervisere og e-l&aelig;ring - problemer og perspektiver, september - december 2004, red. Poul G&oslash;tke og Annette Lorentsen. ISSN 1603-5518.</p><p>Artiklen besk&aelig;ftiger sig med sp&oslash;rgsm&aring;let om, hvilke kompetencer der er brug for hos underviseren, n&aring;r kommunikationen med de l&aelig;rende helt eller delvist foreg&aring;r skriftligt og asynkront via elektroniske konferencer. I artiklen pr&aelig;senteres nogle resultater fra en mindre unders&oslash;gelse foretaget blandt studerende og undervisere p&aring; en masteruddannelse. Unders&oslash;gelsen peger p&aring;, at hovedopgaven for underviseren best&aring;r i at tilrettel&aelig;gge sin praksis s&aring;ledes, at der i videst muligt omfang kompenseres for det tab af personlige relationer, der karakteriserer virtuelle l&aelig;ringsrum. Der gives eksempler p&aring;, hvordan to erfarne undervisere konkret griber denne opgave an.</p> |
