The aim of this study is to determine the personal and social adjustment levels and examine whether or not there are differences at the personal and social adjustment levels according to the students’ classroom levels and sexes that are attending to Primary School Teaching Department and Physical Education Teaching Department. 561 students, first and fourth classes from Gazi University, Ahi Evran University and Kastomonu University attending to Primary School Teaching Department and Physical Education Teaching Department have participated in this study. “Hacettepe Personal Inventory” has been used to determine the personal and social adjustment level and “General Information Form” has been used to get information about the students. The obtained data have been determined by means of t-test and two-way variance analysis. In the end of this study it has been found out that there are significant differences between the students’ personal adjustment levels according to their school types, sexes and classroom levels. But it has been also found out that there aren’t any significant differences through personal adjustment average points according to school type and sex and classroom level. |
