dc.description The aim of outsourcing is to provide a new and promising forms of organization of commercial business, not studied in domestic science, and rarely used in the practice of trading enterprises. The novelty of the study determines the feasibility study of application of this method of trade, aimed at reducing existing costs. Conclusions contain an analysis of the advantages of the mechanism of the trade sector, major among which are the cheaper cost, the involvement of qualified specialists, which in turn contributes to more effectively address the objectives and, consequently, improves competitiveness and reduce the risks associated with constant staffing composition. Showing disadvantages of outsourcing. The absence of legislation in this area mismatch provokes a conflict between employers and employees, arising because of the double subordination of workers. In addition, the involvement of outside experts is a danger of information leakage.
