La universalización de la educación médica implica la necesidad de esclarecer las bases científicas del diseño de los nuevos modelos pedagógicos, planes de estudio y métodos de formación profesional, extendidos en su radicación a los servicios y unidades del sistema nacional de salud en todos los municipios del país. Un punto de partida para ello es la experiencia en didáctica y diseño curricular que acumula la educación médica superior cubana. Se ofrecieron valoraciones desde un enfoque didáctico del proceso de universalización, sobre la base de un modelo teórico para su estructuración de conformidad con la teoría holístico-configuracional y el diseño por competencias.<br>The universalization of medical education involves the need to clarify the scientific bases of the design of new pedagogical models, curricula, and professional training methods reaching services and units of the national health system in all the municipalities of our country. A starting point is the experience accumulated in didactics and curricular desing by Cuban higher medical education. Assessments were made from a didactic approach of the universalization process on the basis of a theoretical model for its organization, in agreement with the holistic-configuration theory and the design by competences. |
