dc.description	A propósito de los 30 años de la revista Paradigma, se hizo un estudio que clasifica los artículos de lingüística y literatura por áreas de investigación y se describir su autoría, en cuanto a género de los autores, colaboración científica y afiliación institucional. Éste es un trabajo descriptivo, que se realizó sobre la base de XXX volúmenes de la revista Paradigma, publicados desde 1980 hasta 2009. Como conclusiones tenemos: a) la producción en el área de lengua se refiere a la enseñanza o a la didáctica de la lengua sea materna o extranjera, a diferencia de los textos literarios, cuya presencia es menor; b) hay preeminencia de la autoría femenina sobre la masculina debido a que la comunidad upelista es femenina en su mayoría, al posicionamiento favorable de la mujer en espacios reservados para los hombres y a la posible relación cercana entre el género y la disciplina o área de formación de los investigadores; c) aunque predomina considerablemente la autoría individual, en los últimos años se observa un aumento progresivo hacia la autoría colectiva; y d) si bien la tendencia mayoritaria de las contribuciones de la UPEL es indiscutible, se aprecia en los últimos años mayor participación de otras universidades venezolanas y extranjeras.<br>With regard to the 30 years of Revista Paradigma, became a study of scientific production in different areas of knowledge. Particularly, in this paper we propose to classify the articles of linguistics and literature by research areas, and describe your authorship in terms of gender of the authors, scientific collaboration and institutional affiliation. This is a descriptive study, conducted on the basis of volumes of the journal XXX Paradigm, published from 1980 to 2009. In conclusion we have: a) production in the area of language refers to teaching or the teaching of the language is native or foreign, as opposed to literary texts, whose presence is less; b) there is prominence of female authorship on the male because the female community is upelista mostly to the favorable position of women in spaces reserved for men and the possible close relationship between gender and discipline or area of research training, c) although considerably predominates individual authorship, in recent years have seen a progressive increase towards the collective authorship, and d) although the majority view of the contributions of UPEL is indisputable, is seen in recent years increased participation of other Venezuelan and foreign universities.
