dc.description One of the actual problems of pedagogical science is the entry of younger schoolchildren into educational school environment. The main purpose of this article is to organize pedagogically comfortable communication and interaction at the stage of entering of younger schoolchildren into educational school environment. In the article on the basis of the analysis of various approaches the concept «successful entry into educational environment » is concretized, the purposes and the maintenance of the first lesson devoted to the acquaintance of children to the teacher and to each other are presented, specially organized game activity promoting the successful entry of first-year pupils in contact with each other and with the teacher and keeping favorable intragroup climate is described. During the research efficiency of the organization pedagogically comfortable communication and interaction at the stage of entering of younger schoolchildren into educational school environment is proved. The perspective directions of scientific researches can be : 1) the working-out of a complex of didactic games, which contents provides pedagogical cooperation of the teacher and schoolchildren; 2) the working-out of pedagogical support technology for successful entry of younger schoolchildren into educational school environment.
