In the article the concept of information and communication technology training is specified. It is grounded an internal criteria of information and communication technologies training quality assessment based on experience of the organization, carrying out, analysis of experimental work results on quality assessment of designing, working out, efficiency of methodical system of informatics teachers base vocational training introduction in the conditions of credit-modular technology. Indicators and approaches of their assessment to define the criteria degree are resulted. Indicators of criteria "level differentiation", "individualization" and "intensification" of educational process for information and communication technologies training quality assessment are specified.<br>У статті уточнено поняття інформаційно-комунікаційної технології навчання. На основі аналізу досвіду організації, проведення, аналізу результатів експериментальної роботи з оцінювання якості проектування, розробки й ефективності впровадження методичної системи базової фахової підготовки вчителів інформатики за кредитно-модульною технологією обґрунтовано внутрішні критерії оцінювання якості інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій навчання. Наведено показники та підходи щодо їх оцінювання для з'ясування ступеня проявлення критеріїв. Уточнено показники критеріїв "рівнева диференціація", "індивідуалізація" та "інтенсифікація" навчального процесу для внутрішнього оцінювання якості інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій навчання.
