In the article is grounded importance of maintenance of employments from physical education, which includes exercises which assist development of force for students. Efficiency of power exercises which was used in the educational process of youths of 3 courses during a school year is well-proven. The level of development of power qualities in the process of experiment grew on a 1,3 mark.
