Description:
Directions of determination and estimation of flexibility are considered for the women of mature age. In an experiment 40 women took part in age 35-40. The methods of estimation of flexibility are resulted and development of flexibility status is analysed at this category of population. The system of physical exercises is offered for perfection of development of flexibility for women: conditionings under musical accompaniment (50 minutes); exercises with the use of fitballs (30 minutes); respiratory exercises by system of Strel'nikova (pump, lion cub, palms, to fill shoulders - 10 minutes). Exercises were executed at frequency of heart-throbs not more than 150 shots for a minute (during respiratory exercises and in the end - no less than 60 shots for a minute). Implementation of such exercises is recommended: power, on weakening of muscles, on the stretch of muscles.
