Study of level of physical capacity, and also forming and expansion of functions of reserves of organism of young sportsmen is one of important and actual problems of preparation of sporting reserve. In research influence of the author program of physical preparation is shown on the dynamics of indexes of physical capacity and functional state of young лыжников-двоеборцев on the stage of preliminary base preparation. Application in research of device of D&K-TEST for determination of the functional state and possibilities of reserves of organism of sportsmen allowed to establish the high degree of his representation.
