The statistical analysis of the morphological functional and physical state of women is conducted. In research took part 100 women in the age of 25-34 years. The necessity of selection of the most ponderable and informing for the construction of fitness training indexes is grounded. By the factor analysis of 23 indexes of the morphological functional state of woman it is exposed 13 the most ponderable for the construction of training process in health fitness. It is recommended program of construction of fitness training.
