Efficiency of influence of reading is considered with a primary orientation on general physical and acrobatic training. Influence is marked and on the level of display of physical training of students in the groups of initial training in a military sporting all-round. Research is conducted on the base of groups of initial training at the Kirovograd federation of military sporting all-round. 40 young fighters, up-diffused for 20 persons in control and experimental groups, took part in research. Researches conducted during two years at the permanent contingent of gettings busy. Growth of indexes of power, co-ordinating capabilities and flexibility rates are certain for young fighters during the two-year cycle of training. It is set that a basic accent in training must be directed on physical preparation with a small percent to technical tactical. It is set that maintenance of physical preparation must be accented on general and acrobatic preparation.
