The motivation of the personnel in any economic conditions remains a leading link in an enterprise control system. At creation of system of motivation tracking of extent of its impact on productivity of work of the personnel is important. The boomerang effect which is shown in a demotivating of separate groups of the personnel is often observed. In article features of manifestation of demotivating factors at various stages of work of the personnel are analyzed, the circle of the reasons bringing to negative impact is defined on human resource management of system of motivation. As a method of carrying out work the theoretical analysis and modeling was used. During the carried-out research it was established that the reasons of this phenomenon can consist as in principles of management applied in relation to certain categories of the personnel, and in the approaches used at introduction of new motivational incentives. Results of article can act as a theoretical basis within development of systems of motivation and the personalized approaches on human resource management at an initial stage of work in the organization.
