Directions of search of facilities which favour the decline of remaining psychological emotional tension and excretion a stress state of students be means of physical education are considered. The short analysis of the newest psychological pedagogical sources on questions about correction students' after stress state by means of the physical loading of aerobic and anaerobic direction is conducted. The practical methods of influence on a health saving conduct and stage-by-stage increase of psychical health level are outlined. It is set that the physical loadings of aerobic direction follow mutually with the decline of level of agitation and depression. It is marked that engaged in physical exercises influence on the row of self-appraisal, to the confidence in itself, improve mental processes. It is recommended to use the physical loadings as adding to the traditional methods of therapeutic influence.
