Purpose of this research is studying of features of componental composition of psychological structure of ethnic tolerance (on an example of pupils of the main school and students of averages and the highest professional educational institutions), and the creation on this basis the forming program directed on increase of level of ethnic tolerance. The article shows the statement about interdisciplinarity of the problem of the tolerance. There is no simple understanding of the term "ethnic tolerance". The key approaches to concept definition «ethnic tolerance» on the basis of which the theoretical model of psychological structure of ethnic tolerance is developed are defined. It is empirically proved that the ethnic tolerance as a property of integral individuality has its own structure. Based on this, is possible to develop ethnic tolerance of primary school pupils and college and university students
