Este artigo tem por objetivo apresentar resultados da análise dos registros reflexivos descritos nos diários de professores, atuantes em escolas públicas e pertencentes ao curso de Formação Continuada de Professores em Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação Acessíveis, na modalidade a distância, utilizando o ambiente virtual TelEduc - Ambiente de ensino a distância pelo qual se pode realizar cursos através da Internet. Para tanto, se pautou pela seguinte problemática: De que maneira os registros descritos nos diários de professores, atuantes em escolas públicas e pertencentes ao referido curso de formação podem se converter em fonte de pesquisa? Esta análise nos ajudou a compreender como tais registros podem se constituir em práticas permanentes de (re)construção de ações pedagógicas, bem como em ações que permitem identificar como professores que atuam com educação infantil e séries iniciais do ensino fundamental desenvolvem, durante o exercício de sua prática docente, a reflexão de seu fazer com autonomia, criticidade e embasamento teórico, transformando-o em saber pedagógico. Utiliza-se como base deste artigo as contribuições de Zabalza (2004), Weffort (1996), Litto e Formiga (2009), autores que nos instigam a reflexão e podem auxiliar o docente no sentido de que, através do registro, possam realizar sua catarse sobre o vivenciado, refletindo e depurando sua ação docente. Assim, nossa temática traz como ponto fundamental a importância dos registros dos professores em um ambiente virtual. A metodologia utilizada neste estudo se pautou pelos princípios da pesquisa qualitativa e destaca como achados mais significativos da investigação: os professores investigados buscam alternativas de atualização após a conclusão da primeira graduação; a maioria possui uma graduação e no mínimo uma especialização realizada na modalidade presencial; a modalidade Educação a Distância representa, para os professores, significativa alternativa de atualização; apesar de enfrentarem jornadas de 40 ou 60 horas de trabalho, muitos encontram na EAD alternativas de atualização profissional. This paper aims to present results of the analysis of the records described in the reflective journals of teachers working in public schools and attending the e-learning course “Continuing Education of Teachers in Accessible Information and Communication Technologies” in the virtual environment software TelEduc – a distance learning environment in which one can conduct courses through the Internet. Thus, it was guided by the following problem: How can the records described in the diaries of teachers working in public schools and belonging to the training course become a source of research? This analysis helped us understand how such records can constitute permanent practices of (re) construction of pedagogical actions, as well as actions that allow identifying how teachers who work with kindergarten and early school develop, during the exercise of their teaching practice, the reflection about their work with autonomy, criticism and theory, turning it into pedagogical knowledge. Contributions by Zabalza (2004), Weffort (1996), Litto and Formiga (2009) are used as the basis of this paper, for the authors instigate reflection and can assist the teacher in the sense that, by registers, they can experience a catharsis, reflecting about and improving their teaching action. So our theme brings, as fundamental point, the importance of the teacher records in a virtual environment. The methodology used in this study was guided by the principles of qualitative research and highlights as the most significant findings of the research: the investigated teachers seek updated alternatives after the completion of the first graduation course; most have at least an undergraduate degree and a specialization conducted in presential classes; distance education is a significant update alternative for teachers; despite facing journeys of 40 or 60 hours of work, many find in distance learning courses an alternative for professional updating.
