This article examines issues concerning wellness walking for elder people. Particular attention is paid to the peculiarity of the wellness walking classes application, taking into account changes in the organism, determined by aging process. In this paper we have defined the role and place of wellness walking as means of healthy training that will improve the health of those who care about their life condition. The main tasks and principles of the wellness walking classes system for the elderly have been formulated.
