The importance of discourse consideration as an instrument of knowledge representing a specific approach to the analysis of phenomena and events, determines by the specificity of pedagogical reality of postmodern age. The purpose of this work is development of theoretical and methodological foundations of modern discursive interpretation of pedagogical reality. The complex of theoretical approaches to pedagogical knowledge (anthropological, semiotic, phenomenological approaches), and research papers on discourse as the main category of the modern human sciences are the theoretical and methodological basis of work. Scientific novelty of the results: the first time the implicit and explicit discourses in pedagogics are characterized at the present stage of development, the notions «discourse», «object of discourse» and «subject of discourse» in pedagogical context are specified, understanding of the main scientific and socio-cultural conditionality of the discursive aspects of pedagogy are enhanced.
