Purpose: the analysis of historical conditions of emergence of average professional education in Russia and Vietnam. Work methodology: system approach within which any educational structure is analyzed as an element of the world system. Results: are established the historical reasons of distinctions in the course of origin of average professional education in Russia and Vietnam. Scope of results: the comparative pedagogics developing at the present stage in concept living conditions of the interconnected world.
