dc.description	The analysis of the globalization processes occurring in the modern world, caused transformation of a traditional education system is carried out in the article. It is told about the main directions of reform of Russian education, about quality of vocational training of the teacher of a new formation, about Russian role as nonnative, as foreign, being a metasubject integrating factor of educational system. A literature place in training system to Russian as foreign and the author's innovative technique of the graphic-symbolical analysis of the work of art, based on traditions of semiotics, a mnemonics, ergonomics, ethnopsychology, psycholinguistics is presented, etc. that promotes intelligent reading being trained the art text are specified by the author.
