The analysis of the globalization processes occurring in the modern world, caused transformation of a traditional education system is carried out in the article. It is told about the main directions of reform of Russian education, about quality of vocational training of the teacher of a new formation, about Russian role as nonnative, as foreign, being a metasubject integrating factor of educational system.
