Psychological approach is presented organizing to development of the key competency of the manager- abilities to strategic thinking, which develops in condition of the special corporative education with using new information cross-technologies. The purpose of the work - motivation of the result of corporative learning the managers to strategic thinking in professional activity by means of mentally motivated new information technology- cross-technologies. novelty of the work consists in production and decision of the problem of the development of the strategic thinking of the managers in condition of the corporative education by means of new type information technology. Review of the psychological literature is given about essence of the strategic thinking. Motivated need of the strategic thinking for development of the professionalism of the manager.
