The article says about the issues of an assessment of bearing value during ballroom dance program at the final. The system of standard program intensity analysis subject to rules of the final, that are five dances in 1 min 30 sec each plus the break in 30 sec. For the assessment of bearing value during the whole work (the dance time and the break time) had been used the sphygmic indexes measurement technique. The assessment of bearing value of the standard program showed that a dancer has pulsus magnus during the whole work, which means the heart rate index is between 100 bpm and 185 bpm that complicates cardiovascular system work. After the comparison of the initial and the final heart rate index had been elicited the fact, that sportsmen not only cannot set themselves up during that time, but also accumulate fatigue. Considering the indexes of heart rate obtained during the research the following arrangements for increasing stamina have been set: carrying out the phased assessment of bearing value investigations of sportsmen; laying out the stamina training program; carrying the timely control of state of stamina.
