Today essential change of conditions and the content of work in many professions where there are no social and pedagogical bases of the organization of preventive measures for decrease in a stressful condition in labor collective is observed. The problem of a psychological stress of the population, namely working people, gets an escalating practical and scientific urgency as continuous growth of social, ecological, economic, personal, technogenic extremeness of our life is distinctly observed. In the carried-out research need of empirical studying of a problem of prevention of professional stresses for labor collective is proved. Studying of influence of a stress on labor collective has special value for creation of control systems by prevention of stressful conditions. Empirical studying allows to reflect specifics of requirement of studying of a stress and basis creation for development of the theory of studying of a phenomenon of a stress as positive process and assumes data collection and an assessment of a condition of concrete collective which has special needs in respect of maintenance of psychological climate. Besides, empirical studying creates a basis for development of recommendations about development of means of neutralization of a stress. Therefore, we by results of the carried-out empirical research in article presented practical recommendations about removal of a stress which are useful to those who, forgetting about rest and regular relaxations, the Most part of time is given to hard work, i.e. practical recommendations about prevention of professional stresses in labor collective are accurately presented.
