The aim of work to lead the comparative analysis for 10 years of a level of prevalence of tobacco, alcohol and drugs consumption among teenagers schoolchildren in Krasnoyarsk city. The method of questionnaire is used, the questionnaire is developed in the «Central scientific research institute of the organization and information of healthcare». The results of research testify to the positive tendency in decrease of proportion of schoolchildren, consuming alcohol and drugs, as well as reduction of «group of risk» smoking teenagers. The hypothesis that teenagers from incomplete families smoke more often or take alcohol is denied. The received results will be a basis for formation of target preventive programs.
