In the article analyzed of objective and subjective sources of key threats of information-technology evolution of society in social and economic spheres. Study was conducted through a complex approach to the analysis of the information society as the integrity, which reveals the "zone of risk" - bottlenecks in the socio-economic system. Result of this paper is to validate the importance of an ethical responsibility of the developers of information-communication technology and need of complex approach to minimizing of social-economic transformation risks in a free, open, comprehensive dialog between government, business and scientific community. The results of this study are relevant to the research of the problems and perspectives of evolution of information society in a wide specter of the humanities and social sciences.
