Description:
Preservation of reproductive health in patients with Hodgkin's lymphoma, in particular, of reproductive function after treatment of the underlying disease is an important problem of healthcare service and the state. The purpose of this study is improvement of the effectiveness of hormonal therapy for preservation of ovarian reserve in treatment of reproductive age women with Hodgkin's lymphoma. Preliminary results showed that more than half of the patients (55.6%) decreased ovarian reserve (AMH levels of 1.0 ng / ml) even before the start of chemotherapy. Research and set of the material are in the process. The data resulting from the study will help to develop an effective and safe mode of prescription of hormonal medication for preservation of ovarian reserve and reproductive function of women with Hodgkin's lymphoma. However, it can be found that hormone therapy protects ovarian function incompletely. Then, as the most appropriate method to preserve fertility in patients with Hodgkin's lymphoma it will be useful to consider methods of assisted reproductive technology (cryopreservation of oocytes, embryos, ovarian tissue).
