Considered indicators of the maximum rate of the brush leading hand in athletes. The study involved 16 athletes (III level) and 16 athletes (II level), men aged 19-22 years. The studies were conducted in weather conditions, types I and III. It is established that changes in weather conditions have caused the variations: the functional state of the motor analyzer, strength of excitation and mobility of the main nervous processes in the cerebral cortex. It is noted that changes in weather conditions were accompanied by reduced frequency of hand movements and endurance leading hand. It is recommended to take into account the effects of weather to adjust the degree of stress during training in the prevention of sports injuries and illness.
