Modernization of high school in new social-economic conditionals, its integration to the market’s economy is possible throw forming of long social partnership. Nowadays during the preparing of future specialists of orientation of high education for needs of economy and the employer, satisfaction of current and perspective needs of region’s markets of labour becomes more and more significant. According to this, the target of this article is theoretical reason and revealing partnership between high schools and society. The author pays special attention to the idea of the building of long social partnership in the formed educational practice. Claster’s approach is the main machinery of social partnership in the sphere of high education. As a result, the research is found out the content of the category “social partnership”, the body of participants is defined, the character of partner’s relations is examined, the positive sides of including of educational institutes in region’s clasters are shown.
