Description:
The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship between locus of control, aggression and multidimensional perfectionism, and the extent to which the variables of aggression and multidimensional perfectionism contribute to the prediction of locus of control. The study was carried out with students of 268 teachers colleges in Mehmet Akif Ersoy University. Aggression Questionnaire adopted by Can (2002), Locus of Control Scale (Dağ, 2002) and Multi-Dimensional Perfectionism Scale adopted by Oral (1999) were used in the study. Correlation Coefficient of Pearson Moments Multiplying and Gradual Regression Analysis were used in the analysis of the data. As a consequence, it was determined that there is a positive relationship between locus of control, aggression and multi-dimensional perfectionism. Also, it was observed that the variables of aggression and multidimensional perfectionism significantly predict locus of control.
