Questions are one of the instruments benefited mostly by teachers and students in training process. To be benefited actively from questions connected with questions’ qualities of teachers and students. This research has done to determine qualities of teachers’ and students’ questions; their similarities and differences. For this aim, the qualities of theachers’ and students’ questions in secondary school social studies course was analyzed, and was determined correlations and differences between two of them.Data was gathered with observations of the students of Social Studies Teacher Program in secondary school social studies courses. According to the aim of this research, data was analyzed by means, t test, correlation test, regression test, anova and LSD test. In the end of analyses; they was determined that teachers’ and students’ questions has impotant issues in point of qualities, and has correlation and differences between them, and students questions has been affected from teachers questions in level of meaningfully, and teachers’ period of service has been caused the meaningfull differences on the questions them.
