Measuring student satisfaction is an important issue especially for university administration, in order to improvestudent services and opportunities. The major objective of this study is to provide a solution for this issue.Consequently, student satisfaction has been measured with an ordered five-point Likert scale. A student satisfactionquestionnaire was applied to a total of 314 university students, consisting of 208 female and 106 male students, andsatisfaction was measured by asking students to respond to 19 questionnaire items.
